The fine print, unfine.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever - 5 GB, one active gallery, the Soft Light theme, an Encore watermark on photos. No credit card to start. It exists so you can ship a real delivery before you pay us anything.
Are there per-photo, per-download, or bandwidth fees?
No. You pay for stored bytes, full stop. Our storage layer has zero egress fees, so we don't meter downloads - a gallery that goes viral costs you the same as one nobody opens.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once for the year and save roughly 25%: Studio is $108/yr (vs $144 paid monthly), Professional $264/yr (vs $348), Studio Plus $720/yr (vs $948). Switch interval any time from Settings → Billing.
What happens when I outgrow my storage?
Your delivered galleries keep working and your clients never see a broken link. At 80% of your quota the dashboard warns you; at 100%, new uploads pause until you free space in Trash or upgrade. Nothing you've already shipped ever goes dark.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Settings → Billing - it runs through the Stripe billing portal. Your galleries and photos stay; the new tier's limits simply apply going forward.
Can I subscribe from the iPhone app?
Yes. Plans are available in-app through Apple on iOS, or by card on the web through Stripe. Same plans, same prices, one studio.
